    If all you care about is aesthetics, then the advice in the video is probably right. If you care about bench press strength though, declines aren’t a bad idea. Hitting the exercise in different ways is a great way to break plateaus.

    @80ProofComa if you are a competition bodybuilder flys are good to tone up, but this is more to just get a big ass chest.

    I’m so happy I found out that the most important thing for getting in shape happens outside the gym. I get a reason to eat a lot, I like eating you know. and 1h30min of working out each week doesn’t really hurt my weekly routines. Thanks guys_!

    Declines not bad…you can do way more weight on decline than flat, and for some reason i always get a better pump off it….but hey fellas its just advice…at the end of the day you can do wat ever the ffffffuck you wana do

    @flazbud yes they do. Bench presses build your chest out more to add thickness, and flys build a wider chest. So you should mix those up and do both of those exercises.
