@TheNigehh well….firstly you gotta prepare you food in advance and take it with you…no way around that…and also you dont have to eat 6-7 small meals…you can eat 4 medium sized meals…count your calories..no way around that either…so measure out and make all your meals in advance so you know what your calories are ganna be..i dont know your body type…find out how many cals you need a day..then macros…then eat it…its not easy…but its the way it must be done

Hey hodgetwins or anyone in general…I need some advice on how to get my meals in even though I’m going to school..it sucks during the weekend I eat 6-7 small meal a day and during school I eat only 4 not including my protein shake on the days I go to the gym…

Can’t wait to try this meal, looks yummy. I think i’ll try this with the soft corn shells. I’m curious? Do you ever cook your own body building meals? LOL! I guess you don’t need to if you’ve got someone who’s gonna make them all them for you everyday.. all day. But anyway, Thx for posting all of your meal videos, they’re really a big help.
